We are always on the look out to meet individuals who have a genuine passion for caring for people living with Dementia and have ambitions to develop specialist interests. We want to hire the best people who have a willingness to learn and continously improve their skills and knowledge to ensure they can give the best quality of care to our residents. By demonstrating their commitment to Palm Court, we in turn will do the same and invest in their future and help their career progression in the health care industry.
All staff are set up on an e-learning portal and are required to complete mandatory training modules as part of the Palm Court Training Curriculum, which also includes practical and specialist training by external examiners. For more information on training, visit our Staff Training
