Regular training helps our team maintain high standards of care and support.

Personalised care planning

Individual care plans adapt to changing needs while supporting comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

The people behind daily care

We bring together experienced registered nurses, carers and support staff who know how much the right care team matters. Every member of our care home team takes time to get to know each resident as a person, not just a set of needs on paper. That helps us shape daily support around routines, preferences and the small details that make life feel familiar. Families often want reassurance that care is both warm and well organised, and that's exactly what we work hard to provide.

Palm Court Nursing Home is both spacious and homely, with private and communal areas, alongside a choice of room grades to suit different needs and budgets. Every room is fitted with a call bell system and an adjustable bed, with additional support equipment available where required to meet individual care needs. If you're considering care for a loved one, we can discuss our current room availability or add you to our waiting list.

How we support residents and families

Our process starts with listening carefully, because good care begins with understanding the person in front of us. We create an individual care plan, deliver personalised daily support, and review changing needs regularly so care stays appropriate over time. Specialist dementia training across our staff helps us respond calmly and sensitively when routines change, or someone needs extra reassurance.

A dedicated wellbeing coordinator adds another layer of support by helping residents stay engaged, connected and involved in daily life. Palm Court Nursing Home keeps communication open, so you're never left guessing what's changed or what your loved one is getting on with.
